Do I need to make an appointment before coming to the gallery?

No appointment is necessary, you will always be welcome in all our galleries! However, if you wish to avoid waiting, you can book an appointment for some galleries on our website.

How do I make an appointment?

Simply go to our " Our galleries " and "Book" a slot in the gallery that suits you and offers the appointment.

Where are your galleries located?

We are present in France, Europe and around the world: please refer to the list of our GALLERIES to find the one nearest you!

How long does the Iris Gallery experience take?

The shooting of your iris and its optimisation takes only a few minutes! If you choose to have an in-store print, the printing and framing are also done in a few minutes. The total time will then depend on the number of irises to be photographed, whether you wish to do a duo, trio, quartet, quintuor...

How we work

How do you turn my eye into a work of art?

We take a picture of your eye in seconds, take the photograph of your iris and turn it into a piece of art using our cutting-edge technology. Optimising your image also takes only a few minutes to reveal the full beauty of your iris.

How many irises can you put on one print?

Our formats available in the gallery allow us to place up to 5 irises on the same print. For more than 5 irises, we can make proposals on estimate only by visiting the gallery.

What sizes and finishes are available?

Our available gallery formats range from 15 cm to 150 cm wide, with square, rectangular, line and even round formats! We then offer different professional finishes for your print: direct printing on photo paper, laminated finish on Aluminium Dibond, laminated print on Acrylic, block or round acrylic... All Iris Galerie photographs are prints made by a professional laboratory working with the largest art galleries. Do not hesitate to discover more about " Our Concept " but especially to go to the gallery to be accompanied at best by our advisors!

What is a digital file?

The digital file is a file sent by email in high definition. Any printing or other use will be done by you.

Do you change the colour of the eyes?

Our very concept and our main objective is to offer you the true colour of your irises. Our technology only reveals the beauty, shades, contrasts and existing colours of your irises.

Do you need people to come physically?

Absolutely. We necessarily need everyone to be present to take the iris photographs. Indeed, our machine and our technology on site require us to travel to the gallery to get the best results.

Can a person be added to a print after the fact?

Yes, it is possible to add a new person to a print that has already been made, regardless of which gallery that person goes to. You must go to the gallery to photograph the additional iris and make the request in the gallery to our advisors to find the original print.

Can I buy a gift card to give the Iris Galerie experience?

Absolutely! We now offer 2 systems of gift cards: in the gallery and on our website.

For the gift cards in the gallery: you can offer a specific print or a free amount. They are available in all our galleries (except Futuroscope)!
Please note: Gallery gift cards are only valid in the country of purchase. Example: a gift card bought in Paris is valid in Menton, but not in Rome.

For the online gift cards You can choose between different fixed amounts to offer. You can of course buy several at the same time.
Please note that online gift cards are only valid in France (and except at the Futuroscope).

All our gift cards in the gallery or online are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be used in one go (but valid for several prints ordered the same day).

What are your rates?

We offer a wide range of prices, starting at 49€ for our first size. Our prices vary according to the number of irises, the size and the finish you choose. Our prices may also vary by country and currency*.

What payment methods do you accept in the gallery?

All our galleries* accept credit cards and cash only. *Exception: the Amsterdam and Rotterdam galleries do not accept cash.

Is there a minimum age for the Iris Galerie experience?

We usually recommend taking pictures from the age of 5. However, as our system is safe for children, photography before the age of 5 is possible if the child manages to stay still and stare at the camera.

Can I wear my contact lenses?

"Soft" or daily lenses can usually be kept for photography. "Hard" or monthly contact lenses must be removed. Each gallery has a stock of lens boxes and fluid for removal and storage during the shooting process.

Is photography unpleasant or dangerous for my eye?

Photography is completely safe for the eye. It is completely painless, there is no contact with the eye and it only takes a few minutes. Our advisors will accompany you to carry out this photography in the best conditions.

Do you do pet iris photography?

For the moment, we do not photograph animals' irises. But we are thinking about it! :)

Protection of personal data

In compliance with RGPD standards, your information is kept for 2 years before being deleted. As for the photograph of your iris, this poses absolutely no risk to your identity as it is an art photograph. Moreover, our storage system is not linked to your personal data.

What are your safety and hygiene measures?

Our galleries continue to apply the Covid recommendations of each country in which we operate. Our shooting station is cleaned between each client.

After-sales service

What are the production and delivery times?

If you choose an in-gallery print, printing and framing take just a few minutes. For orders in Acrylic and Alu Dibond, the average production and delivery time is 3 weeks.

Can I modify my order after it has entered production?

Once an order has entered production, decisions made during the initial selection process are final and cannot be altered. Customers are encouraged to make well-informed choices from our product range, as changes after production may incur additional fees.

Will I be able to track the progress of my order?

Once the order is produced by the laboratory, we send you the delivery tracking number.

What is your refund and return policy?

Iris Galerie offers a unique experience: your eye transformed into a work of art. Due to the personalised and unique nature of this work, no refunds or returns can be made.

Who determines the import or custom fees associated with my order, and what should I do if asked to pay these fees?

Import or custom fees associated with your order are determined solely by the government of the importing country. Neither our company nor the delivery service has the authority to define or waive these fees. If you are asked to pay such fees, it is imperative to comply, as failure to do so may result in the inability to receive your order.

There is a problem when I receive the order. What should I do?

Our after-sales service is only available for print orders, and is open from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
In case of problem during the reception of your order (scratches; breakage; non-conforming quality...), you can contact our support at the address : contact@irisgalerie.com or at 01.81.70.19.48 (10am-6pm Monday to Friday).

Our teams will assist you in solving the problem. A new printout will be sent if the defects found are our responsibility or that of the carrier.
