This notice supplements Iris Galerie Privacy Policy and applies to personal information defined as "Consumer Health Data" subject to the Nevada State Consumer Health Privacy Law ("Nevada Act").
This "Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy" describes how Iris Galerie collects, uses and otherwise processes Consumer Health Data in connection with its services.
CONSUMER HEALTH DATA WE COLLECT
Consumer Health Data means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status.
We may collect your Consumer Health Data through services which we provide to you. Specifically, we may capture images of your iris.
SOURCES OF CONSUMER HEALTH DATA
We may collect Consumer Health Data directly from you through your interactions when you choose to participate in our products and services.

We may use your Consumer Health Data to provide our services, including providing you with our free trial and fulfilling contractual obligations.

THIRD PARTIES WITH WHICH WE SHARE CONSUMER HEALTH DATA
We do not share your Consumer Health Data with third parties without your consent, except in the following circumstances:

Members of Iris Galerie staff responsible for contractual services and managing relationships with member entities of the Iris Galerie network and end customer; and

Third-party companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf (such as production laboratories, transporters, or database management services). These third parties use Consumer Health Data only as directed by us and in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS
The Nevada Act provides certain rights with respect to Consumer Health Data, including rights to confirm, access, delete, or withdraw consent relating to such data, subject to certain exceptions.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at our discretion and at any time. If we make material changes that significantly impact your privacy rights, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on our website.
We may, if required by law, also provide notification of changes in a manner reasonably likely to reach you, such as via e-mail (if you have provided your contact information) or through the Sites.
